I've had this idea for a blog for awhile now, and being the procrastinator I am, you're lucky it's happening at all. But here it is, finally. I had decided that I post way too much nerd-related goodness on Facebook, and though I may have 300+ nerd friends, I also have 300 or so non-nerdy friends ("normals"as I like to call them) on there as well. I've wondered a bit how the normals take all the nerdness in their newsfeed, and quite frankly I don't want to clog up anyone's feed with a bunch of posts they couldn't care any less about. I almost wanted to make a another FB page just for the nerds in my life. But I did that with Myspace, and it was a bit hard to juggle and keep separate. I also considered a fan page for Agent X, which at first seemed silly since no one knows who Agent X is... but I'll probably do that and link to this blog, much like my good friend Geek With Curves. Now I'm just thinking out loud, and that can't be too interesting for you.
Anyway, I hope you find this blog interesting and helpful. I plan to discuss film and television with you, show you what's in stores and tell you where the best sales are, share links to good stuff and generally just geek out with you. You down? Good, then let's get started!
